Take A Workshop!

In January I decided to take a workshop with Sarah Webber, in addition to my regular classes at Brenda Semanick's Studio.  I can't tell you how fun it is to get advice from so many different artists.  My class was full of talented people!  In Sarah's class I was forced to paint quickly and with bold applications of color.  I love painting this way and have tried to do so in the past before I truly understood color temperature. Brenda has finally gotten through to me to watch my cool and warm color application. It took a while, but I got it. I enjoyed painting animals and enhancing their natural form with fun punches of color.  I highly recommend to take some day courses with another artist, any tips only make you a more experienced painter.
