Plein Air Painting in the Rheingau Region of Germany

Plein Air painting has been fun for me here in Germany.  I am finally feeling strong enough after all my surgeries to lug around all the supplies needed to Plein Air paint.  The landscape is beautiful where I am currently living.  It is the Rheingau Wine Region of Germany.  The Castles and Vineyards are a bike ride away.  I truly hope to do more outdoor painting in 2022 now that we are completely settled in our new home..  I also learned to plant a Garden this year and my Sunflowers were a wonderful source for quick afternoon paintings.  

If you have any interest in painting outdoors I again highly recommend it.  Just make sure to check and recheck that supply bag as you never want to just run back home! Above are just a few of my paintings.
